My DS has hit toddlerdom and scribbled on his nursery furniture with crayon, what's good for removing it??

I would of thought hot soapy water and a gentle rub would work.

hairspray might work, works on a bizarre range of things, so maybe worth a try?

You can get Flash sponge thingys that take crayon off woodwork.

www.wd40.com/Brands/wd40.cfm

Just copy and paste!

WD40 worked a tret for me with permenant maker on my coffee table at the weekend (top tip in case it happend to you!) takes crayon off easily too.

If WD40 does not work on pen (as was the case with my floor) nail varnish emover is great!

BB - tried copying and pasting but the link doesn't get the blue line - hot link thing on it so that when you click on it, it takes you to the site (yours doesn't do it either?). Sorry to hijack but need to get this right as I look like a bit of a willy (prob cos I am!!).

we got brownish colours off wooden (unvarnished) doors with wet wipes. reds/blues were harder

Rubber worked well for us.

Hi, it worked for me.... strange. Anyway, just google WD40 and loads of sites come up with different ways of using it.
