dust first, then hoover.

And start upstairs first (if you have one)

Wet dusting is best though

nailpolish · 16/10/2006 16:23

i hoover then damp dust

learnt that from a hospital domestic who had been there a hundred years (or so)

dry dusting COMPLETE waste of time

GhoulsToo · 16/10/2006 16:24

I think people dust first but getting the vacuum out is a ball ache!

hello, one puts some lovely clothes on and ignores the dust, general mess and goes out and has a good time! i do only when necessary. and if i cant go out i put a book in front of me and the dust miraculously dissapears. x
