Getting fish smell out of non stick frying pan

Yes - neat washing up liquid onto the pan, no water to start with, rub it all around then wash off. As soon as you can only smell washing up liquid, you've won. :)

Be generous with the washing up liquid, unless it's Fairy.

Thank you. I rubbed it with half a lemon and left it - but will try that when I get in from work!
