Has anyone bought a leather settee from DFS? Can they recommend/otherwise/experiences? Thanks.

Bought one 10 years ago. Still going strong I believe. I gave it to an ex friend a couple of years ago. It had gone a bit saggy after 7 years but still looked fine.

Definitely get one in the sales though. Don't pay full price!

We have leather sofas from DFS, they are doing well three years on, really happy with them.

PIL and BIL also have leather sofas from DFS that are going strong.

I have two sets of leather furniture from DFS and both are wearing well. Some of it is 10 years old and still looks good - main reason for this is that the cushions are sewn in so don't sag as much as other sofas with moveable cushions.

Not impressed with mine. It looks fine at 5 years old, but has gone saggy and I can't sit on it long without aching from poor posture. I stopped using it regularly 2 years ago when I got SPD and switched to an Idea Poang chair. When DH followed suit a few months later, he stopped getting backache.

I had one for ten years, was great.
18 months ago treated ourselves to an electric 3 seater recliner, the "coating" of the leather is all peeling, over the seams and creases in the ever sagging seats.
must ring them!!

We got ours 6 yrs ago now and the older and darker the leather gets the better it looks both sofa's have the sewn in cushions so they don't sag at all we bought the foot stool at the same time and thought wow £300 + for a foot stool but well worth the money,I bought a stressless chair at the same time and have to be honest and say the DFS set has worn better.

Yes and I love it. I did a lot of research to find the perfect sofa for me and my back and my neck etc and it just happened to be from DFS.

We've got a Linea. It's about 10 years old, and is just starting to lose some of its spring and some of the edges are showing wear, but it's had lots of use and is still comfy.
We're going to replace it with the same one in a different colour.
It's modular too so you can make it fit your space.

We've got one with electric up n down footeests. It's the dogs bollocks and is still looking fantastic after 6 yrs. DH's seat has gone slightly dipped as he's much heavier than me but you can't tell by looking, only when you sit in it. Feet up...ahhhhh!
