stainless steel please help?

i have these lovely stainless steel pots and pans, had them for about a year now, my problem is every thing i cook in them gets stuck on!
and i am having to spend a relly long time scrubbing, and going through alot of sponges
has any one got any tips ?
or shuld i just go back to my old cheep teflon ones?

I have some too, the only thing I ever use to clean them are the metal scourers, they seem to work fine.

can you try wiping some oil around the bottom of them to make them non stick

have you tried with some vinegar and hot water? leave for 10 mins. and then scrub.

i will go shoping tomoro for viniga and wire scrubing things, i hope it works i do relly like them they r just such a pain to get clean!
