Yes, today it's time to clear out the cake tin.

I made some chocolate cheesecake muffins last night especially for this task and am clearing them up as we speak.

And I have been dusting the PC for the past two hours.....

hmmmmmmmmmmm cake tine - dont have one of those - cake doesnt last long enough!

May have to do biscuit tin again though!

soupdragon please can I have your muffin recipe? They sound SO nice!

Actually, flossie, I didn't like them! The recipe's here though. Personally, I'd omit the almond essence (maybe replace with vanilla) and swirl the cheesecake dollop into the muffins with a cocktail stick befoe baking. Maybe add chocolate to the cheesecake bit too....
