What do you use when kids have a wee accident on carpet or sofa?

When I was younger and we had an elderly dog we had this amazing sponge that just seemed to suck up any wee accidents. I can't find one similar and is love to know what clever tips people have. Thanks xx

I just use dettol spray and kitchen towels. A magic sponge sounds brill though Smile

WE've used spray and kitchen towel... but it must leave something in the carpet/sofa mustn't it?

We could really do with replacing our carpet...

Detol spray and cloth which then gets binned

Cat wee stain remover from petshop. It's called Simple Solution pet stain remover or something. Amazing stuff on smells - works on vomit and poo too. Not quite so bulletproof on removing stain colours but that's not a problem for wee unless your carpet is white!

Leather sofa helps.
