Are Bosch and Neff the same colour?

Slightly odd question, but is the stainless steel used by Bosch and Neff the same colour? We've just had a Bosch oven installed, and for boring reasons now unexpectedly have to replace our hob as well. There are some good deals on Neff, but it would definitely annoy me if the colour clashed slightly.

Or am I being an idiot and there's no variations on the colour of stainless steel? Looking online it seemed some products were darker / lighter than others.

Neff and Bosch are actually made by the same company, and quite likely in the same factory. No reason why the colour of the SS should be different. There are various alloys used for different purposes, but it won't be a special one for appliance cladding.

However you would do best to look at some in a showroom to make sure they do not have a different brushed texture.
