Quiet compact breathable duvets

We want to use a duvet in our new campervan. So, it will need to be compact. We have tried duck and goose duvets but they wake-up the other half every time one of us turns over in the night. We also want it to be breathable. Anyone got any solutions?

Without knowing the ins and outs of each what about cotton/modal from JL?, wool or silk?

Wool is amazing but not cheap. Look out for ones in the baavet bargain box- really good discounts for very minor flaws.
