Not a love at first sight with Numatic Henry! Do tell me good things about him?

After reading here and checking hoovers in our budget, I ordered Numatic Henry commercial hoover. He arrived this morning, and he looks so big and fat and heavy. The inside looks so alien to me, it has fabric bag and some sort of filter that looks like huge pan. Should I send him back and get myself half price Samsung for 70 pounds? Please do tell me good things about Henry! Can I buydisposable bags or do I supposed to be emptying the fabric bag?

Sounds like you've got a commercial model. They're bigger and have cloth, shake out bags instead of disposable HEPA bags.

Personally, I'd send it back and get a Henry. Purely because they're smaller and easier to store.

Good points about Henry:

• very robust and reliable
• huge bags take a long time to fill up. Literally months in some cases
• easy and simple to use
• strong suction
• virtually no messy filter maintenance and no emptying bagless bins with dust blowing everywhere
