Does this type of blind exist?

I'm looking for a blind for my bathroom window but I'm not sure if the blind I want actually exists. The window is large and square and opens inwards from the top so I'd like a blind that

  • is fitted to the frame and won't swing out when the window is opened
  • is damp resistant
  • is insulated as the bathroom can get very cold as all the heat goes out the window.

Am I asking the impossible? I'd be prepared to sacrifice the ability to fit it to the frame if necessary, but it would make life much easier.

Could you have a look at bottom up blinds? I think they make real sense, just losing the windowsill is the downside.

www.bottomupblinds.co.uk/

It does mention moisture resistance, and there's gallery pictures of bathromms.
