I really need your help girls, I really loved the thread on tips and advice onhow to be super organised so was hoping that you can all part with your words of wisdom on how to be the hostess with mostess when it comes to having guests over to stay.

We will be moving 40 miles away from friends and family in less than a fortnight so when they come over to visit, it will be likely that they will stay over and I want them to go home boasting about how nice their stay was, lol.

I look forward to hearing from you.

cook casseroles - so you can entertain instead of fussing over the food at dinner time, be relaxed - don;t fuss over the mess in the kitchen - if you donlt, they won't even notivce it, have nice nibbles - olives, plates of proscuito and chorizo, remember to offer drinks, even if you don;t want one yourself. make the spare bed up before they arrive. but of all those I think the most important thing is to relax - they're visting to spend time with you. not to marvel at your beef wellington
