Reading [or not] the User Manual ..

interested in feedback for a project I'd like to pitch

I never read manuals. I know how a washing machine works - if there's an on/off button and an ECO/Quick wash program, I'm sorted.

Imagine my surprise when I found out that my washing machine actually steams clothes - and they come out as if they'd been to the dry cleaners!

I am now in supreme, steam-tastic mode...

Has anyone else actually bothered to read their appliance manual and discovered, then tried, out something they never knew existed?

Thanks for your help Smile

It's known in our house as RTFM (read the fucking manual) if someone keeps asking how to do something.

I tend to skim read them & then go to them if I have a problem.
