Defluffing dryer

My condenser dryer keeps flashing 'empty water' even when it's not full.
I empty the drawer & wipe the filter after every cycle & occasionally wash the big pull out filter.
Last time this happened I had to get an engineer to defluff the whole thing. Can I do it myself?

watching with interest as my water light has come on a few times recently for no known reason. I won't be getting an engineer out though - cheaper to just buy a second hand one from eBay. Wink

Can you get the narrow nozzle on your vacuum and Vacuum out the filter hole? I find mine still gets really clogged every so often so vacuuming seems to get rid of all the visible fluff at least.
