Cleaning mildew from roller blinds?

How do you clean the thing? We have lived here four years and this blind was already fitted, it seems to be a proper bathroom/kitchen one (neighbours at the back have it in their kitchen) but it now has started to get mildew spots over it.

The bathroom only has a window, no extractor and it is normally left open the vast majority of the day and post baths/showers.

How do I clean it as I can't afford to replace it?

Bicarb, white vinegar and lemon juice in a spray bottle.

I'm going to try it myself!

Scrub it with bio detergent, or anything soapy really.

I would also soak in bleach after testing for colour fastness, or you could try vinegar or bought mould & mildew remover. However once the mildew is there i do think you're fighting a losing battle. Basic argos blinds start around £6 if you don't mind trimming it yourself.
