My dishwasher (sorry, sad I know) is full of yukky water this morning. Taken out the filter thing and wayer hasn't disappeared. Kitchen looks like a shitpile 'cos obviously I'm the only one with dishwasher rights! Can't find the handbook either. Any ideas ??

I think last time this happened to us - there was a blockage in the pipe and we had to call someone out - sorry no help.

Did it do the full cycle - that is my other issue - little fingers that turn it off mid cycle.

Does yoursb ahve a short cycle you could do just to see if it gets rid of the water?
I'd do that and if its still there I would say its a blockage.

geekgrrl · 05/10/2006 07:34

ours does this sometimes - have you tried doing another cycle yet? Usually works here. Do an intensive one if you've got one, the hotter the water, the better.

ScreamandYellowFeathers · 05/10/2006 07:41

Is there such thing as a draining cycle?

jollymum · 05/10/2006 09:03

Will try the short cycle/hot. It won't flood will it, 'cos I'm off to do a class

last time this happened to us we had to 'reset' by holding down the on button at the same time as one of the others. then we put it on again and it cleared.
