Cleaning plaster splashes?

Just that, I need to clean plaster splashes off of varnished and glazed oak doors without damaging them?
(Really wish I had covered them but I forgot)

Wet it, it will soften. It does not adhere well to glossy surfaces. Once wet, try a plastic spatula.

Attempts to dry clean will leave scratches
