think she says white vinegar and lemon juice. go for the bleach if not!

Use a bicarb solution and an old toothbrush to rub in - or just neat bicarb ... then rinse off, you can finish by cleaning with vinegar and lemon juice !

You can buy grout whitener, it's like tippex. Probably most effective way of doing it, but time-consuming and slightly fiddly...
