I can't take any credit for this (I read it in a book on cleaning - rock n roll eh?), but I've been cleaning a very dirty house this week and had to get crayon off the walls in one room. I used toothpaste and an old toothbrush wetted - worked like a dream and smelled minty fresh afterwards!

I'm mentally storing this for next time dd2 goes on a Picasso rampage. Thanks!

I was a bit worried it was leaving pale patches (painted lining paper) but it's fine after wiping it down and letting it dry.

Thats a good one, I have just painted a whole wall DS destroyed with crayons. Will give this one a go in his bedroom.
