Spice rack full of stuff never used! Where do you keep yours?

We have an ikea spice rack on the wall in kitchen which is great for storing the jars & packets. Thing us we hardly ever use any of them as most have been bought for one off recipes.
I could really do with the wall space for a noticeboard so am thinking of going through and getting rid of the past best date spices, which is probably most of them!

I will keep a few so wanted alternative ideas for storing them neatly in a kitchen with not much cupboard space.

I have a drawer full. You aren't supposed to keep them exposed to light, it affects their colour and taste.

In the cupboard. IKEA do shelves to put in the cupboard to save space.

On very smart chrome racks from Amazon which I have hanging inside cupboard doors. Name like George Martin I think.

I bought also lots of glass jars so they all match and fit and labelled each one with my labelling machine. It was my January project.[big grin]

I have a small letter rack that I use to keep soup packets and gravy sachets then have a small wicker basket. Only keep about six jars in in and keep cinnamon etc in a lidded wicker basket with baking stuff
