Kitchen cupboards - empty, chuck out out of date stuff, clean and replace in tidy and ordered fashion. Always a good one.

Do the one you can complete and feel good about first. Then tackle the one that'll take longer if you still have time.

bedroom , you'll feel better about it then you are more confident about doing the office.

Depends if you have any more time to finish the office in the near future (before it has a chance to get worse again) I'd say. If so I'd do the office. If not I'd do the bedroom.
