vileda sponge mop refills

Hi, has any one had trouble with vileda sponge mop refills?

Yes, so much so that I e-mailed to complain.

Over the last year or so the quality has really deteriorated and the refill falls apart after just a couple of uses.

I had to e-mail photos to them and they sent out two refills as way of replacing the damaged ones. However, these are useless too.

I had been using Vileda mops for years but in light of such deterioration I think I'm going to change.
