Bathroom sink sulphur smell

Just started recently
When I have a bath and take the bath plug out, the bathroom sink gurgles and throws up a disgusting rotten egg smell.
Have cleaned plug bit, and used bleach down it with no joy
Any ideas?

Try putting a cup of baking soda down the plug hole and then pouring a cup of vinegar down. Leave it for 30 minutes and slowly pour a kettle of boiling water down.

Pour caustic soda down both bath and sink hole. Use with care, it's powerful stuff and can burn.

I do have half a bottle of drain unblocker so might try that tonight

if it is a soap-scum or bath lard oil accumulation, washing soda crystals will wash it away. They are less likely to burn holes in your skin and eyeballs than caustic soda. Pack it down all the plugholes and sink overflows at night, then add enough hot water to moisten it but not to rinse it away, leave till morning, then add a kettle of hot water and leave it as long as you can, so it will pool at any blockage. You may have to do it several times, then once a week or so to keep the drains clear.

You haven't got a poo mincer Saniflow, and you don't put wet-wipes or sanitary products down the loo, I hope?

The sink has always gurgled but I was enjoying the last of my bath and then "Jesus, what is that smell!"
Only happens when I empty the bath, if I stick my nose down the plug hole it smells fine at any other time
