Is the mop function on the Vax S7 multi use steamer as good as just a steam mop?

I have a vax steam mop, think it's great. I recently bought the morphy Richards all in one steam cleaner, thought the mop was rubbish and wasn't overly impressed with the steam functions, I have returned that and thinking of getting the Vax S7 and selling my vax mop. But I only want to do that of the mop function on the all in one is as good as the one that is simple a steam mop.

Anyone tried both?

I had an S7, prior to that I had a Vax steam cleaner that looked like a cylinder hoover.

I used it for freshening up musty stinky carpets in a newly rented house. It did a fantastic job, but as I have always had multi use steam cleaners not just steam mops I have nothing to compare it with, but I was very happy with it

It got some duff reviews on Amazon though, depends how much you're going to be buying it for. I bought it when it was on special offer at 50% off so couldn't complain for the money I'd spent on it
