Which one do you have?

How much are you willing to spend on a good mattress???

We've got a Vi-spring. Can't remember how much, as was a while ago from John Lewis. Remember it being a lot though.

It is extremely comfortable and I really notice when I'm away and the mattress isn't as good. When this needs replacing I will spend the £££ on another Vi-spring.

We have a Hypnos because I couldn't afford the vi spring. Think about it in terms of cost per use and a really good mattress actually works out cheaper than some other home items Smile

I's like to know what the difference is between a ViSpring and Hypnos in terms of quality?? If someone knows… spill the beans!

I think vi spring are supposed to be better. A lot of hotels use Hypnos and they are very good. The only slight disappointment I have with ours is that it has very quickly sunk where we sleep, so after a couple of months we had permanent dips in it.

I wanted a no turn mattress though, not sure if that was a good idea.

We have a ridiculously expensive American super king mattress that has two separate sleeping areas in one (one mattress with no divider but soft for DH and super firm for me).

I hated the process of buying it because the brand sounds gimmicky and annoying, but we really wanted two different things while sleeping in the same space.

5 years on and it's truly one of our best buys.

PoppyAmex What 'make' is your mattress?
