Do you sleep on your side and back?
Do you have a lovely supportive but soft pillow?
Do you have a decent night's sleep? (Excepting the antics of small children etc Wink)

If so, please share! Thank you!

Don't know what details you wanted - but...

I have a medium/soft hollowfibre pillow from the white company here

I have a pocket sprung mattress on a divan base bed and a 13 tog duvet in a cool bedroom. No TV/screens, no reading...

my head hits the pillow and I am asleep.

Thank you, that looks lovely, plus happens to be synthetic which I should have mentioned as I'm allergic to feathers!

And I see what you mean about vague! I'm so sleep deprived, I forgot to say, recommendations for a pillow! Oh dear, now where's the 'knackered' emoticon ...

Ah - you wouldn't like my setup then! I have a medium/firm traditional deep (18 inches so overall bed height is about 3.5ft) sprung mattress with a White Company feather topper, feather pillows and a down duvet! It is like sinking into a marshmallow. I also sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees because I have back problems and it helps support my hips/lower back - interestingly DS and DH have both adopted this as they find it a more comfortable way to sleep. Might be worth a try.

Well there's a good use for the old pillow - will put between legs tonight.
