My cleaning product system needs an overhaul. How do you do yours?

Really boring question, sorry, but...
I need to rejig all of our cleaning products. The cupboard under the sink is a disaster, I have endless half used bottles of stuff, there is no system in place for cloths/gloves... The "straw" was realising that our cleaner uses the same gloves to do the kitchen and the toilet, then leaves them on my work surface. That's grim, right?! I need a new system.

So please tell me, what products/accessories do I need and where do I keep them? Do you keep bathroom/toilet stuff separate from rest of house stuff? What about cloths/gloves?

For info, we have a toddler who hasn't yet shown an interest in eating dishwasher tablets but I'm not willing to take the risk. Roomwise: one upstairs bathroom, one downstairs toilet. Storage wise: there's a high shelf in the bathroom, in the kitchen I think I'll put everything in a locked box high up in a cupboard (the cupboard under the sink has the bin/recycling in so it would be annoying to have to undo a childlock all of the time). There is floor level space only in the downstairs loo (it's under the stairs, so sloped ceiling and tiny).

Thanks in advance

Id really like a cleaning caddy. Maybe a nice metal one. Then it wouldn't really matter so much wear it was stored because it would be easy to move to where it was needed. You could have separate kitchen/bathroom ones to avoid confusion.
Personally I wouldn't bother with lock box if it's out of reach but my toddler is lazy not a climber.

I have one of the hanging shoe rack things with all the pockets. It hangs behind the door and I put all the containers and bottles etc in it. Works a treat.

Two caddies would work and I'll investigate a door hanger, thanks.. What would you have in the bathroom? Gloves, cloth, toilet cleaner, bath/sink cleaner... anything else?

Where can I get nice caddys from? Lakeland only does a plastic one that is cheap but not very pretty.

There are a few on amazon like this one.

I got a caddy in homebase. Not very glad but for me Lakeland is online shopping and receiving a cleaning caddy in the post would take away the excitement of getting a parcel in the post....
