Lily pollen has stained favourite jeans...

Any tips on how to get pollen from stargazer lillies out of denim please? I dabbed it off with a wet cloth within seconds but it has still stained. I would be very grateful for any advice. Thank you

Advice is: don't wet it, just dab at it with sellotape. I guess it's too late for that, but it will probably only last a few washes.

Thank you. Hopefully it will fade soon enough. Favourite jeans Sad Sad

Try hanging the jeans on the line in bright sunshine (if there is any). This worked for me - not with jeans admittedly but with a top that I thought was ruined. Was amazed that it just vanished - must be bleached out by the UV rays or something

YY to hanging it on the line, it worked for my favourite top.

I'd washed it a few times and the stain remained, but a couple of hours in the sun got rid of it.

Bit late in replying, but thank you all for the advice. The stains faded after a couple of washes. Favourite jeans remain in reign!! SmileSmile
