What does your cleaner do?

Hiya, my recent c-section has left me with some health issues and DH and I are discussing getting a cleaner to take a bit of the pressure off us both; me - because I'm getting frustrated at what I can't do on top of having a new baby, and him - because it's not fair that he spends evenings cleaning on top of work & gets no time with the baby.

I was just wondering if you have a cleaner what they do, and in how long please?

Thanks in advance

On the whole they will do whatever you ask them to do.

I used to have 2hrs per week to clean bathrooms, kitchen and dust and hoover all rooms. Ample time to do all that.

You may have to indicate if you want things polished as well as dusted or what your priorities are.

I would expect to provide my own cleaning materials but some cleaners prefer to use their own.
