A good iron please?

Just that really. Can anyone recommend a good all purpose iron please?

I have a morphy Richards one that has turbo steam.

Tefal or Philips, had both and both have been great

The reason I'm asking is we've had a couple but after a while the plate has gone a bit rubbish. I've cleaned it with some amazing stuff from Amazon but it soon happens again. I want one that'll last a bit.

Any particular models? Don't mind paying a bit more if it'll last.
