Ikea Stuva loft bed

Does anyone have this? Thinking of getting it for DD as she is desperate to have a big bed like her brother but wondering if it will last.
It's a great price at around £300 compared to the £900 we spent on DS mid sleeper from Aspace but wondering if it might be a false economy?

I don't have the Stuva bed as DD has a really nice one already, but we did just redo her room and bought the Stuva furniture combination which is fab.

Seems very solid and good quality for the price, very roomy and oodles of space in the drawers.

I had one issue with one of the feet on a bench, it would only screw in so far and wouldn't come back out either. I probably should have sent it back but it didn't seem worth it for one foot!

It looks great and left me feeling a bit disappointed that DD didn't need the bed too

We have an Ikea Kura, and Stuva furniture. Very pleased with it. It's been in use for over a year now, and still looks like new. Very sturdy, practical, and fun.

We just bought one - DH spent all day yesterday putting it together! It looks great so far - but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Apparently they have an issue with the supplier....

Could anyone help me out who has this bed? Thinking of buying for my LO but can't get measurements of the floor to bed base height anywhere. Just not sure if it will be too high as our ceiling is 230cm. Don't want him to sit up and bang his head! Thanks so much x

Hi gymgym25 - did you manage to fit this bed in a room with ceiling height of 230cm. We have the same problem x

My tall 10 year old sits up fine with extra room in it. Took a risk as I found mine in bargain corner for £75.
