With biro I suspect. ...
Any idea how to get it off?
I've tried hair spray and acetone. Neither left a single smear on the cloth. ....
She's not going to be happy

Magic eraser? It got biro off duplo for me so worth a go.

What sort of fabric is it?Daft suggestion but have you tried milk? It has some sort of component that dissolves ink.

My DD drew hair onto her plastic doll last week. About four strands on the back of it's head, and the rest on it's face. With a heavy-duty pencil.
I got most of it off with baby wipes.
