mould in T-shirt

there is a bit of mould in dd's T-shirt. I think there wasa wet flannel in the washing basket.
I have washed the T-shirt a few times and it is not shifting. how do I get it out? will Milton work?

Nothing i've tried has got rid of mould and i've tried a lot. Personally I would chuck it and replace.
