Clothes have been out in the rain - should I wash them again?

Someone once posted on Mumsnet that if you leave them out in the rain and then they dry, you don't have to iron them.

Sniff 'em and see. I don't bother oft as not as they'd only lay out there for another 2 weeks in a never ending cycle of cycleness.......

Anyhoo, rainwater is good for PMT I'm told.

I have been known to leave them out for a few days until i can bring them in dry.

Just brought in a basket of wet washing and put in on rinse and spin, now its in the tumble,

What's a washing machine? I haven't been able to remove screaming children off me for long enuff for 3 days to do washing!! Although strangely have found time to come on mumsnet for 30 hour whilst they both finally sleep!! Am also obviously domestic slattern!!! (and knackered!)

No. Life's too short. And rainwater is clean.
