Storage bath panel...have you got one, is it any good?

I've got one which isn't sufficiently waterproof and needs replacing. I'm loathe to give up the storage space, but don't know where to get one that is actually durable.

why does it need to be waterproof? Water should not be spraying around the bathroom.
