Which size deep fitted sheet do I need?

We're buying bedding for our new bed, the mattress measures 28cm deep, so my question is do I need deep fitted sheets that are also 28cm or a deeper one so that they fit properly without either popping off all of the time, or being too baggy? Any help would be great thanks!

You need deep fitting sheets. They seem to be the norm nowadays as so many people use mattress toppers.
