Its all rock and roll here!

DH has a tie rack, standard thing with loops off a central pole. However he keeps knocking them off in a rush in the mornings and it is driving me crazy.

Is there such a thing as a tie rack with clips instead of loops?

Also, I bought a basic style one in Primark about a year ago and it had a flocked finish which might help the ties stay on.

Not exactly what you asked for but this would avoid the problem. DH is most insistent that this sort is way better than a hanging one!
