Where to buy a new TV?

I am getting one for my bedroom.

I want full HD, (although ive never had a full HD TV so is it really worth the extra money?) smart TV, freeview and built in DVD, 24 inches or under and wall mountable.

I have looked at currys and argos and found a 22inch Samsung with all the above plus wall bracket (and scart and aerial cable) for £235.99 at currys.

Where would you recommend i also look for cheaper/better deals?

whoops! no I haven't found one with all the above. it doesn't have built in DVD player.

so back to the drawing board.

next best I have found at currys is a Toshiba 24inch smart TV with built in DVD player, freeview and HD ready for £179.99

ok.

I have found two

this one in argos at £149.99 (with wall bracket and fixings will cost £182.something)

and

this one at Tesco.direct for £139.99 (with wall bracket will cost £153.00)

both are HD ready as a Full HD small TV/DVD combi smart tv doesn't seem to exist. not sure if full HD is worth it anway.

I have a question though, the one in argos lists Netflix as one of it's apps and the one in tesco doesn't. does this mean the one in Tesco definitely wont have it and if not, is it possible for me to download the app after purchase or is it just the ones it comes with and that's it? I have no experience of smart TVs so don't know how the apps work.

Look at Appliances on Line as well - tend to have really good deals and deliver very quickly.
