As the heading asks, where can I buy cheaper made to measure curtains?

We moved house a couple of months ago and all our curtains are about 15cm shorter than the new windows, so in time will have the whole house to re-curtain, so looking at keeping down the costs!!

We use a local seamstress. She is great value and we choose our own fabric from wherever. Although we so always pay for decent lining, blackout or thermal to keep the room warm, I'd rather pay more in that regard.

dunelm, or if you like your curtains, add a strip of plain colour co-ordinated fabric to the bottom - can look good!

Thanks for your replies. Am having a look at Dunelm at the moment as you can clearly see how much it's going to be at each stage.

I had curtains and a matching roman blind made up by a website called blinds4you - I've been very impressed by them.
