Your Not lazy woman you are expecting with 2 lo's to look after thats hard work on its own, mine are older at 3yrs and 7yrs, i clean the bathroom always on a sunday and use flash wipes throughout the rest of the week to freshen it up, i clean living area and kitchen floors on a monday and the stairs are hoovered usually on a saturday, i dust very quickly when the kids are in bed one night, i usually clean skirtings/doors etc about once a month. The kids rooms are cleaned every month and bedding washed every 2 weeks. I do let the house go sometimes and clean it frantically when i know friends are coming round, i sometimes invite them round at weekends so as i need to do it! At the end of the day the housework will wait your kids are only small once, i clean more now that the kids are older as i have more time.

No - you're definitely not lazy. But if you're determined to have a system, have a look at this thread that might give you some ideas. Or do FLYlady.

have you looked at the FLY threads? Honestly...I'm not a houseproud Anthea-ite nutjob...at all.. but it has helped me and my house look a little less bomb-struck! I have a 13month old and WOHM FT. It gives you a zone to focus on each week, with 'missions' each day. Some of it is a bit arse (mainly in the language "home blessings" etc), but it is good!
