DIY- which jobs do you do and which ones don't you do?

What DIY jobs can you do yourself and which ones do you get someone else to do for you?

DO Myself:
Cut hedges
cut grass
weed
paint walls and woodwork
laying floor tiles
sanding floors

get someone in:
anything electrical
plumbing
servicing the boiler
cleaning windows

I'm not allowed to do any since the wallpaper stripping incident. But dp will try and sort out anything that goes wrong (and usually does - he's very good) and we call someone in if he can't.

I am hoping to try and do a few DIY jobs.
I have done.
Painting. done well I think
Clean the windows inside and out.
Wire plugs.

Want to do.
Shelfs
making things like hutches for some pets. fences.

Some one is to do the other bit to do with electric, water, gas, etc.

XP2 done it all before, xp1 never did anything. I dont think he even knew what paint was
