Karcher Window Vac or simple squeezy and blade? (outside)

I have lost my window cleaner. DH says he will do the windows. I have never been a window person frankly hence I had a window cleaner. We live in a bungalow so now upstairs and all windows in easy reach.

So, do I get my DH a Karcher Window Vac or should I just buy one of those squeezy and blades and give him a bucket and some fairy liquid
(like it says on You Tube)?

sorry "no upstairs" not now.

I love the Karcher.... and although OH didn't want one, he says its brilliant.

Soft bristled broom & splash of fairy really effective.
I use this method for external doors too.
