Bedroom furniture/storage for 6 year old boy - recommendations please

My mission over the summer hols is to sort ds 6.5 bedroom. It is a tip mainly due to lack ofthe right kind of storage. There is a fitted wardrobe but that is completely used by dh. All ds's clothes are in a chest of drawers. His bookcase is tiny and loads of books on floor as there isn't room for them.
I'd really like some ideas as to what storage to go for to sort this mess out. I can't expecf him to keepit tidy when there's nowhere to put things.

Been looking at ikea stuva wardrobe etc but wondering if it is a bit young for him?

I like the Stuva in the white or beech colourway and think it will last a while as it's not too young. I would mix it will the Kallax and have baskets for storage and open shelves for books and display.

Could DH move his clothes from DS room to elsewhere to free up the wardrobe?

No sadly nowhere else for dh's clothes as the other fitted wardrobe in our room is not that big and full
of my stuff.
It's looking like the Stuva I think.
