I live in Florida. We have it fully serviced twice a year, but it gets a lot of use and the same system provides the heat.

We are in Malaysia and it gets done anually (or when it starts to drip!) but is pretty inexpensive to get the service done compared to the cost if a new unit so definitely worth it.

Every year for a service and basic vent cleaning, every 2 years for a proper deep clean

You're supposed to have it serviced every year? Hum. I'm not sure we ever have...

Yes thought it was annually in UK, but only one person who has it, of those whom I know with it, services hers every year so thanks for sharing.
