Sofa seat and back cushions-freshening up?

Ok, so day one of the summer holidays and I'm on it! (By on it I mean I got dressed just over an hour ago and have been sat drinking coffee strategically planning my next move...

Last night I removed all of my sofa cushion covers and washed them, hung them out this morning. My sofa is suede with fabric seat and back cushion covers. I was thinking whilst it's in bits the best thing would be to remove the lego/happyland/toast/pens etc that will be rammed down the sides and hoover the whole sofa, and freshen up the cushions. What would be the best way to do this? I was thinking of febreezing them and hanging them out in the sunshine for a few hours, the larger seat cushions being placed out on the airer and flipped half way through? Is there another way? I've not really thought about it before Blush

I use a spraybottle and water/fabsoft mix. homemade frebreze sort of. getting them outside will certainly freshen things up.

Don't forget to pull it all out and Hoover underneath...do your skirting boards whilst you are there!.Grin

Thanks mousmous I might do that, I have a lovely yellow fabric conditioner, Lenor I think Grin

Ah Turbo I would, I really, really would, however I'm terrified of what I may find pregnant and my husband did tell me to leave any lifting, dragging, pulling, pushing etc after a small bleed last week...So I'll leave it to him and make sure I'm out of the house when he does it I think lol
