Im looking for something like this:

plasticstoragedrawers.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/toy-storage-solutions.jpg

It has to have lids to prevent my 3 year old pulling toys out. I want to control what they play with. I have open boxes and its a nightmare and i am growing weary of getting them to sort them out.

Thanks for any help.

IKEA Trofast is good. The buckets are mix and match with various sizes and colours, and you can buy lids for them.

Yeah, Trofast is good. IME lids don't really help, or at best only for a very limited period, they just get added to the mess.

I have the trofast unit. It good but there arent lids and my dd pulls out all the toys everywhere. I want to have lids so i can get them to play with one thing at a time! Solution would be lids that they cant access!!!

Can you buy lids for them? I I didnt know..Do they fit into the unit with the lids?

Yes the lids are available separately. They are easily removed though so may not be ideal.

Thing is though no matter what type of boxes you get they are bound to figure it out eventually anyway!

True!!! ...but my dd bedroom is driving me insane!! Padlocks might be the answer......Wink

Expedit (think its called pax now) can be wall mounted up higher. That might solve it. No harm when she is ready to teach her to out everything away or one in one out (realise a bit young yet)

we have lids on some of our trofast - they do fit in Grin
