Steam generator irons are brilliant for taking creases out. They're also good for jersey clothes as I just put them on a hangar and use the iron as a steamer and the creases just drop out in seconds.

They can be very expensive but Argos has a decent one for £70. If you look in the sales there are usually some expensive ones reduced to half price or less but it takes time looking at all the websites.

I'll never got back to traditional irons even if I do have to save up for a new steam generator one. They are bigger and take up more space due to the big base unit but its worth it for the reduction in ironing time.
