Cleaning a stained Pyrex roasting tin

I think it wasn't cleaned properly last time, now the old grime has been baked on and it looks and feels awful, even though it's been through the dishwasher.

Any tips please for cleaning it thoroughly?
TIA

I can't guarantee this 100%, but try something like this . That's what I use, and the results are very good.

Use the metal scourers as above after soaking (then scrubbing) with bio washing powder.

Soak in very hot water with some fabric softener. It really does work .

First one done just with special scourer thing (hard work)
Second one soaking in hot water with fabric softener ready for the attack.

Sad though this sounds, I actually enjoying it! I've cleaned the kitchen bins inside and out too!!

Glad the scourers are doing their job! I have to admit that once I've started a job like that I get on a mission with more stuff, like you! Smile

Fill with hot water, dissolve a dishwasher tablet in it. Leave overnight. Scrub clean.

Thanks for the extra posts. I'll try that next time Helza. I did ruin my nails using the scourer pad thing (I can't stand rubber gloves!)
