I don't know how to clean my sofa. Covers don't come off except on the seat cushions.
LAbel on suite says do not get wet or dry clean, but after ds had split drink on sofa and nothing happened, I tried one on delicate wash and it was fine.
So now I have clean sofa cushions and dirty sofa it looks worse.
Its some kinda thick pile stuff, but I think it is manmade.
It has been lent to us by our lodger so I want to look after it.
HAve tried carpet cleaner stuff on it (1001) but didn't do anything.
Is there some magic way to clean it myself (don't really want to pay to do it), would just use water and detergent but worried how it will dry out (IYSWIM)
Any ideas?
