Sorry this is a bit boring, but how does everyone store cheese? I keep mine in a plastic container in the fridge but it sweats and and the box gets lots of condensation. Yuck! Is there a better way????

Lakeland do a cheese storer box with a vent in the top. It works.

That's interesting. I store mine in a sealed plastic tub but it doesn't sweat. I wonder what the difference is?

Plastic tub here and no sweating... Liking the Lakeland thing though!

Obviously take it out the fridge an hour or so before eating

Hmmm, thanks for the link, looks promising.

I store the cheese wrapped in foil inside the container, or still in its packet if something like pre packed cheddar. Is that where I'm going wrong? Should it not be wrapped in foil?

Oh, the turmoil!

I take mine out of the original packet and wrap it in cling film. No sweating.

if you wrap it in kitchen paper roll, then put in a plastic box or bag, the absorbent paper will take up any sweat.

It may suggest that the cheese is being stored too warm, or possibly for a long period, so consider smaller packs that will be used quicker.
